Changing your phone number in DUO requires a TSC technician verifying your identity.
This can be done in two ways:
Option One: You can come to PL 1109 with a government issued id, such as a driver’s license, CA id or passport.
The second option is to verify via a phone call. This article covers that procedure.
Prior to your phone call, you will need to do the following:
- Have a hard copy of a government ID. Acceptable forms of identification are: State Driver’s License, State ID, Passport.
- Have Zoom setup on a PC or laptop.
- Have a web cam set up
- Install the DUO mobile app on your mobile device
💡 Tip:
Do not enter the Zoom room before you call.
🚀 Steps
- Call the TSC at (909) 537 7677
- Inform the technician that you would like to change your phone number for DUO MFA
- Verify that you have taken all of the steps listed above prior to your call
- The TSC technician will guide you to the Technology Support Center Website
- The TSC Technician will ask you to click on the blue button labeled Zoom for DUO Verification
- The TSC Technician will guide you through the rest of the process over the phone
