Changing Your Phone Number in DUO

Changing your phone number in DUO requires a TSC technician verifying your identity.

This can be done in two ways:

Option One:  You can come to PL 1109 with a government issued id, such as a driver’s license, CA id or passport.

The second option is to verify via a phone call. This article covers that procedure.

Prior to your phone call, you will need to do the following:

 

  • Have a hard copy of a government ID.  Acceptable forms of identification are: State Driver’s License, State ID, Passport.
  • Have Zoom setup on a PC or laptop.
  • Have a web cam set up
  • Install the DUO mobile app on your mobile device

💡 Tip: 

Do not enter the Zoom room before you call.

🚀 Steps

  1. Call the TSC at (909) 537 7677
  2. Inform the technician that you would like to change your phone number for DUO MFA
  3. Verify that you have taken all of the steps listed above prior to your call
  4. The TSC technician will guide you to the Technology Support Center Website
  5. The TSC Technician will ask you to click on the blue button labeled Zoom for DUO Verification
  6. The TSC Technician will guide you through the rest of the process over the phone
