Dear Palm Desert Campus Community,
The ongoing construction for the new Student Success Center project at the Palm Desert Campus, Phase 3 Construction, will begin on Monday, January 12, 2026, and continue through Thursday, January 29, 2026.
A section of Berger Circle (single lane closure) will be closed as shown on the linked Disruption Plan Map below. Access to Parking Lots A and B will stay open, including access to the ticket kiosk. Parking Lot B "Annex" south of the construction fence area also remains open.
Construction fencing shall restrict unauthorized access into the construction site. Please exercise caution when traveling around the construction site and follow all construction signage. Watch for flagmen and signage especially during the start of the Spring semester.
Please reference the project map attached. The Disruption Plan Map highlights pedestrian paths, vehicular paths, and construction fence placement for Phase 3. Further construction notices will be shared as the project progresses.
