Employee Assistance Program
LifeMatters is a free employee assistance program offered to CSUSB employees and their families when they are in need of helpful guidance, counseling, local resources or reliable professional care. Eligible employees and any members of their household, including dependents living away from home, have 24-hour access to confidential services that support emotional well-being, safety and productivity in the workplace.
Notice: Effective September 1, 2017, CSU adopted Executive Order 1108 which implemented a Systemwide Smoke and Tobacco Free Environment. The policy prohibits any use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic smoking devices, tobacco products, chew tobacco, tobacco accessories, vaporizing liquids, or any other tobacco utilization device and applies to all students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors on CSU property.
