Message from Alex Najera, Associate Vice President and Co-Chief Diversity Officer

The health and safety for our students, faculty, and staff is a top priority for Cal State San Bernardino. Therefore, the Office of Human Resources suspended in-person services due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic beginning, Monday, March 23, 2020.  

Human Resources will continue to provide virtual services during normal business hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Our staff will monitor both phone calls and messages every half hour and review email communications on a regular basis.  

We will respond to messages within 24 hours of receipt.  For a full list of contact information, including email addresses for each related-HR function, please visit our HR contact us webpage.  For general questions and information, please email our Customer and Operational Support team at HRdept@csusb.edu.

LifeMatters is a free employee assistance program offered to CSUSB employees and their families when they are in need of helpful guidance, counseling, local resources or reliable professional care. Eligible employees and any members of their household, including dependents living away from home, have 24-hour access to confidential services that support emotional well-being, safety and productivity in the workplace.

Notice: Effective September 1, 2017, CSU adopted Executive Order 1108 which implemented a Systemwide Smoke and Tobacco Free Environment.
