Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

At ITS, we are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all areas of our operation. From recruitment and onboarding to management, retention, and staff development, we put people first @ ITS. Over the past ten years, we have worked to diversify our workforce and nurtured an environment where everyone is valued and appreciated for their contributions to advancing the academic mission of CSUSB. We include our staff in all of the decision-making processes. We are intentional in our efforts to establish a culture of inclusion and belonging in all of our activities, projects, and initiatives. We help advance CSUSB's DEI mission, in collaboration with the President’s DEI Board and constituents of our campus community. We invite you to experience this culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ITS.
