Over the past ten years, we have created an environment where everyone is valued and appreciated for their contributions to advancing the academic mission of CSUSB. We include our staff in all of the decision-making processes. We are intentional in our efforts to establish a culture of inclusion and belonging in all of our activities, projects, and initiatives. We continue to advance the DEI mission at CSUSB, working with the President’s DEI Board and constituents of our Campus Community.
