Military Leave

  • Emergency military leave, temporary military leave, and indefinite military leave is granted to eligible employees in accordance with state and federal law.
  • Under the Military and Veterans Code, eligible CSU employees normally receive up to thirty (30) calendar days of CSU pay in a fiscal year for active duty military leave.
  • The Military and Veterans Code grants CSU the authority to negotiate supplemental CSU salary and benefits as they pertain to military leave for represented employees.
