Hello, I’m Jessi. I have a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, and I’m getting my Teaching Credentials with English as my concentration. I am not only a Success Coach, but I also work as a Student Assistant in the Neurodiversity Space, a.k.a. the Cog. Obviously I love to read and write, but I have a multitude of interests: baking, singing, travel, water activities, nature, board games, Dungeons and Dragons, etc. I look forward to working with you.

In my free time, I like spending time with friends, exploring new places, listening to music and singing along. I’m someone who values kindness, patience. I can be a bit quiet at first, but I really enjoy getting to know people and building meaningful connections. Hello! My name is Mayra, I’m a Student Success Coach with SSD at CSUSB. I’m chasing a Bachelors in Studio Arts with a concentration in ceramics. But I also love painting and printmaking. I love working with my hands and hyperfixating on detail oriented crafts.
I like to crochet and sew in my free time, I try to alter and DIY my clothes sometimes. I go out with friends to art events in the area on my days off, and love watching horror movies. I really enjoyed the Backrooms.

Hi! My name is Riley Navarette, and I am a Student Success Coach for SSD here at California State University, San Bernardino. I am currently working toward my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and plan to continue my education in the future by pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to become a Nurse Practitioner.

In my free time, I enjoy baking and doing crafts. I am also actively involved on campus as a member of a Panhellenic sorority, where I value building connections and being part of a supportive community.

Hi! My name is Emma (she/her pronouns), I am an undergraduate student here at CSUSB, pursuing my degree in IST – Cybersecurity. I’ve held multiple campus roles over the years, including being an Orientation Leader (’23 – ’24), and a Student Assistant at the Queer and Transgender Resource Center in SMSU North (’24). I currently work as a Student Assistant at the Cog Neurodiversity Space, and as a Student Success Coach with SSD.

As my major would suggest, I have a special interest in technology, but also astronomy, cosmetology, sewing & costuming, alternative fashion, and pop culture, including (but not limited to) Disneyland, Star Wars, Star Trek, etc. I am also passionate about many social justice causes including feminism, disability advocacy, 2SLGBTQIA+ advocacy, and am the recipient of the 2025 – 2026 Jack H. Brown College of Business Office of Academic Equity Social Justice Award.

Hello! I am Valerie Rodriguez, and I am a Student Success Coach here at SSD! I am currently a student here at CSUSB, pursuing a degree in Liberal Studies. I hope to one day teach at the elementary school level. In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, listening to music, and scrapbooking. I also enjoy going to the beach whenever I can, and one of my dream travel destinations is Ireland. Hi! My name is Darsh Pancholi, and I’m a Student Success Coach with the SSD program at CSUSB, where I also serve as a lead for the Student Success Program. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Environmental Science, with a focus on environmental systems and water-related research.
I enjoy working on research that connects science to real-world challenges and helps us better understand natural environments. I’m especially interested in learning how environmental factors impact ecosystems and communities. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, listening to music, and spending time outdoors. Hello, my name is Millie I am a student success coach here at CSUSB. Hoping to get a chance to help improve your college experience. I am studying in Business Administration with the concentration of entrepreneurship. I love hiking and going to the gym, listing to music, hanging out with friends, and just being happy. I enjoy helping others and communicating with people, learning new things every day on my end. On my free time I tend to overthink and be creative, most times cleaning or organizing something. I also use to play sports, basketball, volleyball, and flag football so I have experience with working with different groups of people as well and listening to others point of view.
