Telecommunications & Network Services has purchased Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC). This enables departments to do automatic call distribution. Automatic call distrobution allows customers, for example students, to reach a select group of people trained to answer their questions (whom do I speak with about...?). This also gives customers one number to dial to reach a particular department, such as Records, Registration & Evaluations.
