If the program you are applying to requests that letters of recommendation be submitted through Cal State Apply, this will be done in the Program Materials section. Use the Evaluations tab to manage submission of letters of recommendation. Letter writer email addresses should be from professional or academic organizations (ex. @csusb.edu, @CA.gov or @dell.com), not personal email addresses.

Note that some programs request that letters of recommendation be mailed directly to them as hard copies or E-mailed directly to them. Consult the webpage of the department you are applying to or contact the program coordinator if you have questions about how to submit letters of recommendation.
