Mental Wellness May: Agenda

Monday, April 29th from 12:00-1:00 PM, Zoom

Goal Manifesting: 2024 Vision Boards

Led by a live facilitator, this workshop offers an empowering and imaginative goal-setting session where participants will learn the fundamentals of creating a physical or digital vision board.

The first part of the workshop consists of guided reflection designed to open up the mind. Here, the vision board facilitator will ask your group questions to prompt reflection on their inner dreams and goals. For example: "Imagine you are floating through time to 6 months from today. How do you see yourself? What is different or the same?"

The second half is dedicated to creating a vision board, where participants will transfer their goals into a graphic representation. If you have time, participants will have the chance to share their vision board or key insights at the end.

Self-care does not have to be time-consuming or expensive. The most important part of self-care is to implement techniques that you can employ easily and on your own time.
