Graduate Equity Fellowship Funding Opportunity
Tuesday, November 19th, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The Graduate Equity Fellowship seeks to increase the diversity of students completing master's degree programs at the CSU, encourages continuation toward doctoral programs, and promotes consideration of university faculty careers. It provides fellowships for economically disadvantaged CSU students who have had success in overcoming educational disadvantages and promotes faculty mentoring and research opportunities. Attend this session to learn more about this funding opportunity.
Graduate Student Talent Show

Join us for a fun-filled end-of-semester talent showcase where graduate students come together to share their talents and celebrate the close of the semester! Whether you're a singer, dancer, comedian, or have another special skill, this is your moment to shine. The event will feature a variety of performances by students, for students.
How to Request Letters of Recommendation

So, you are ready to start working on your application to graduate school, but requirements such as requesting a letter of recommendation have you feeling nervous. Not a problem! April Lane will be giving in-depth tutorials on how to get these accomplished, including some resources to help you, timelines to work from, and some helpful tips along the way.
Cal State Apply Information Session
Thursday, November 21st, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Location: Zoom
All students who wish to apply to a graduate program with CSUSB must do so using the online submission portal, Cal State Apply. If you find the application a bit overwhelming, we have you covered with a step-by-step tutorial on how to fill out the application, some tips to streamline the process, and answer any questions you may have. This is the easiest and most effective way to get your application ready for submission, with the least amount of worry or confusion for you.

Grad School Fair

Location: SMSU South-Event Center
Want to come speak with representatives of our graduate programs in person? Join us at our annual Grad School Fair! We will have representatives from over 50 of our available graduate programs, and they can answer questions about program requirements, application deadlines, and how to be the most competitive candidate for their program. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with key representatives from your potential grad program!
