Fall Group Exercise Classes

Please note:

  • All classes are 45-50 mins. ‘Blasts’ or * indicate 30 minutes. 

  • Wellness Center classes start when the Center opens (Not on Aug 23rd.)

  • No classes will be held on campus-observed holidays.

  • Links will take you to a YouTube (YT) video or Zoom registration with the class description available
