Winter 2020 Group Exercise Schedule is HERE!

Please read:

  • No Group Exercise will be offered 1/20 (MLK Holiday).
  • There are many locations we host programs at! Please check out all schedules.
  • CoyoteFit and Open Lift will return in Spring 2020!
  • All classes are free to all students, staff, and all members of the Rec
  • An abbreviated schedule will be posted during final's week.
  • Group exercise instructors reserve the right to not allow entry into class 10 minutes after start of class due to safety concerns
  • All classes are 50 minutes unless noted, *=45 Min. Class, **=75 Min. Class on our printed schedule. Any class with a '30' in the title is 30 minutes!
