Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Registration

Classes fill quickly; so, please register as soon as possible. To assist in choosing courses, contact an academic advisor.  If additional assistance is need, reach out to the Center for International Studies & Programs by email (cisp@csusb.edu) or phone (909-537-5193).

Online registration is easy via MyCoyote. Payment is not needed to register. Tuition can be paid on the day of orientation by visiting the Bursars Office located in University Hall 035.

Activate MyCoyote (Student Account)

Students activate their accounts via MyCoyote, where registration occurs, grades reviewed, and more. First-time users should visit CSUSB HOME, select “MyCoyote Login”, and follow the instructions. For assistance, call the Technology Support Center at (909) 537-7677, send an e-mail to support@csusb.edu, or visit the Support website.

Register for Classes

Register for classes once the MyCoyote account is activated and remember to pay for tuition and fees by orientation. Per federal immigration regulations, international students must be fulltime students.  For undergraduate students, 12 units are required, and, for graduate students, 6 units are needed. Review course offerings through MyCoyote or the CSUSB class section search website. The CSUSB course catalog provides course descriptions.

Obtain the Coyote One Card

Obtain the “Coyote One” student ID card after registering in classes and paying the associated tuition and fees by visiting the Technology Support Center in PL-1108. Remember to carry the ID card always as it required to access university resources and conduct transactions.

Note: J-1 exchange students should have an unofficial transcript with course descriptions to help with advising. These documents can aslo be used to waive certain course prerequisites.
