Offer of Admission
Upon acceptance, students receive an offer of admission which includes a Letter of Acknowledgement, information to initiate enrollment and a Student Handbook. Save this communication for its wealth of important program details. Sign and return the Letter of Acknowledgement as soon as you can to get the most out of pre-program opportunities.
The MSF program admits student cohorts in Fall semester. Shortly before classes start, you’ll receive information from the Program Specialist for registration, payments, drop and refund dates, etc. Students attend a mandatory orientation, in virtual format, which happens just before the first day of classes. Student academic advising is handled by the faculty, Program Advisor and Program Director, whom you’ll meet during orientation.

Student Handbook
Your Student Handbook brims with useful information to guide you through your Online MSF experience. Keep it handy for policies, dates, instructions, personnel contact information, and other details.
Registration
Registration takes place about 6 weeks before the beginning of the term. Your Program Specialist will send you a form used to request your courses, and will register you in courses. You’ll receive a registration confirmation email which provides the deadlines for payments. Please note these important dates, provided in the table below, as missed payments may result in late fees and/or being dropped from classes. If you need to make a change, contact the Program Specialist; note the program drop policy below. You may also refer to your MSF student handbook, sent with your Admission Letter.
Once you are registered in classes, program staff will send you instructions to activate your myCoyote student center and email. From this time forward, staff will communicate with students through your myCoyote email. Be sure to make your myCoyote email easy to access and check it frequently for program updates and University news.
Financial Aid
Online MSF students may be eligible for federal financial aid. In addition, we offer alternative loans with pre-approved providers. Please navigate to our Financing Page (a blue button onthe right side of this page) for more information and our school code for your FAFSA. Paying for Courses
If paying out of pocket, you will make your payment directly with CEGE. You cannot use the automatic payment system within your myCoyote Student Center. A couple weeks before payment due dates, the Program Specialist will send you a link to a form you can use to make your payment online; the same form is available at the MSF Online Payment button to the right. Alternatively, you may pay with a credit card by phone or in person at the CEGE Student Services desk, CGI Third Floor. Contact us for the phone payment schedule. A fee may apply to late payments, so watch deadlines carefully. Financial aid disburses directly to the school; any remainder after being applied to your fee balance is refunded to you.
