Course Roadmap

The program is cohort based and enrolls a new student cohort every Fall semester. Courses run in 15-week or 7-week sessions. The program can be completed in one year. 

Program Curriculum

MS BDA program is a one-year program, which includes 10 courses/30 units. 

Program Cohort Roadmap -Ten Courses, Twelve Months

The Program offers classes in Fall, Spring and Summer term. Students stay with their cohort and progress as follows :

First Semester

BDA 6010: Business Systems and Processes (3 Units)

BDA 6020: Introduction to Data Analysis for Business (3 Units)

BDA 6030: Scripting for Business and Data Analytics (3 Units)

Second Semester

BDA 6120: Business and Data Analytics I (3 Units)

BDA 6110: Data Visualization - session 1 (3 Units)

BDA 6140: Business and Data Analytics II (3 Units)

BDA 6130: Database for Business Applications - session 2 (3 Units)

Third Semester

BDA 6210: Business and Data Analytics III - session 1 (3 Units) 

BDA 6220: Contemporary Issues in Business and Data Analytics - session 2 (3 Units) 

BDA 6830: Capstone - full semester (3 Units)
