Immigration Advising Appointments
Current international students and international student alumni can review advising options and appointment guidance on the dedicated Advising Appointments page.
Use that page to find the appropriate advising pathway before scheduling or submitting an advising inquiry.
Brief Questions by Phone or Walk-In
You may call or visit the ISSS office during regular office hours for brief questions and general assistance. Phone and walk-in conversations are limited and are not intended to replace an immigration advising appointment.
Walk-in advising is generally limited to about five minutes. If your question requires a more detailed discussion, review of your immigration circumstances or documents, or additional research, our team may ask you to schedule an appointment or submit the appropriate advising inquiry.
