Meet With an ISSS Advisor
Schedule an Advising Appointment
Meet one-on-one with an ISSS advisor by scheduling an appointment through CSUSB Navigate.
Scheduled appointments are a good option when you would like dedicated time to discuss your questions or circumstances with an advisor.
Drop-In Advising
Drop-in advising is available for students who have a question and would like to speak with an ISSS advisor without scheduling an appointment in advance.
Drop-in advising is limited to approximately five minutes. If your question requires more time or additional review, you may be asked to schedule an advising appointment.
Use the Coyote International Portal
The Coyote International Portal is the primary place to submit requests to ISSS and provide information or documents related to those requests.
Use the portal when you need to:
- Submit an available immigration or ISSS service request;
- Provide information or documents requested as part of an ISSS process;
- Respond to an existing request; or
- Submit a general inquiry if you are not sure which service you need.
