Attending Classes

  • No student may attend classes until his/her registration has been completed.
  • Regular attendance is expected of all students enrolled at the university. The instructor of each class sets specific standards expected of students.
  • A student absent from class is responsible for arranging to make up missed class work and assignments if the instructor of the class allows for such work to be done.
  • Due to the Administrative Drop Policy, an instructor may request a student be dropped from their class if the student has not attended two consecutive class meetings within the first four weeks of the semester. Although this policy exists, it is the primary responsibility of the student to withdraw from any course they do not intend to attend; it is not mandatory for instructors to submit an Administrative Drop due to non-attendance.
