Summer Camps/Conference Information

California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) is the ideal location to hold your next Summer overnight camp or conference! CSUSB’s beautifully landscaped campus is nestled against the San Bernardino mountains allowing guests to enjoy nature at its best with the advantages of a learning environment. Our campus is a wonderful setting to hold overnight camps or conferences for youth, teens, collegiate students, or adults.

Accommodations
The Department of Housing and Residential Education (DHRE) is able to provide overnight accommodations in our three residential Villages. Coyote Village is our traditional residence hall and is best suited for guests under 18; Arrowhead Village and University Village provide an apartment-style space with a shared kitchen and furnished living room. Spaces are assigned based on availability. We are able to accommodate visiting groups during our Summer Term from June 1st through August 1, annually. Our 2025 Summer Camp and Conference season has concluded. We look forward to supporting your organization in Summer 2026.
Services
During your stay on campus, the DHRE custodial staff will maintain all public areas in the Village communities. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned units, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Attendees of your camp or conference may bring their own bed and bath linens, or linen service may be requested for additional fees. Linen packages may include: (1) flat sheet, (1) fitted sheet, (1) pillowcase, (1) bath towel, (1) washcloth, and (1) blanket.
Laundry facilities are located throughout the Village communities. Laundry machines operate by smartphone using the PayRange app (available through the App Store or Google Play Center). The cost for wash and dry cycles is $1.25 each cycle.
Dining and Catering

Parking
Visitor Parking Information. Parking permits are not included in overnight stays, but can be purchased via the ParkMobile app. QR Codes are available on the green ParkMobile posts located across Campus parking lots. More information about the ParkMobile registration process can be found on the Parking and Transportation Services website.
Safety & Insurance Requirements
When holding a conference at CSUSB, there are certain policies & regulations that must be met and followed when utilizing our overnight accommodations. In addition to a license agreement between DHRE and your organization, a $2,000,000/Occurrence, and $4,000,000/Aggregate with a General Liability Additional Insured Endorsement is required for your group to stay on campus. CSUSB Risk Management also has specific requirements for groups that have minors (guests under the age of 18) in attendance. We appreciate your attention to these important guidelines.
