Conference guest accommodations are offered early June through mid-August and space is based on availability.
During your stay on campus, the DHRE custodial staff will maintain all public areas in the Village communities, but guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the residence hall room or apartment-style bedrooms and bathrooms. Groups may bring their own bed & bath linen or this can be provided for a nominal fee. The linen package includes: (1) twin flat sheet, (1) twin fitted sheet, (1) pillowcase, (1) bath towel, (1) washcloth, (1) blanket, soap, and cup.
There are laundry rooms located throughout the Village communities. Laundry machines operate by smartphone using the PayRange app (available through the App Store or Google Play Center). Cost for a wash is $1.00 and $0.75 for a dryer cycle.
Flexible Indoor and outdoor meeting room space is available in Coyote Village, Serrano Village, and University Village and can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis for a fee. Some of the meeting rooms offer audio/visual equipment and can accommodate 15 to 100 people. Campus fields, pools, and other outdoor spaces may be available for your conference activities as well upon request and availability. A space reservation form must be filled out ahead of time (see below attachment).
