It is the goal of the Department of Housing and Residential Education to maintain each community in good conditions for current and future residents! We will promptly remedy maintenance and repair issues as they are brought to our attention. DHRE offers maintenance service 24 hours a day for emergencies only, all other requests will be serviced during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm). If you have a maintenance emergency after hours and/or during the weekend, students may contact the RA on Duty for their area.
Items considered maintenance emergencies include but are not limited to: potential breach to building security, loss of central heating and cooling, loss of hot water, and loss of electricity.
Submit a Maintenance Work Order
If there is a maintenance issue in your room or apartment, please submit a request via the 'Submit a Maintenance Work Order' link below. Please contact our Housing Annex at 909.537.5246 Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm if you have any questions.
The link below is only available from an on-campus internet connection and will not appear if you try to access from off-campus.
Once logged in, select the "Room Maintenance" tab in the navigation bar to submit (you will only see this option if you are a current resident).
IT support requests should not be submitted through the Housing Portal. If you require technical support for wireless internet or connecting devices to the network, please visit the Technology Support Center online or in person at the Pfau Library, PL-1108.
