Are you a teacher candidate interested in teaching in Asian Language Bilingual classrooms? Here are two scholarship pathways available to you, which is awarded through the CSU Chancellor’s Office:
- Credential + Asian Language Bilingual Authorization (BiAu)
- Candidates who are applying to a teaching credential program are eligible for a $20,000 scholarship, which can be applied toward tuition and two courses required for the Asian Language BiAu.
- Candidates who are already enrolled in a credential program are eligible for $10,000, which can be applied toward tuition and two courses required for the Asian Language BiAu.
- Asian Language BiAu Only
- For teachers who already hold a teaching credential and wish to complete only the Asian Language BiAu, $2,200 is awarded.
- These funds are allocated to the campus where the candidate completes the authorization.
