How to Register and Pay

 

Orientation Registration

Your student will receive an e-mail to their CSUSB Coyote e-mail account before registration is open. For exact dates for the Parent and Family Orientation, refer to the date tab under Parent and Family Orientation.

 

Keep in Mind 

Please make sure your student has registered for their orientation BEFORE you register and pay for Parent and Family Orientation.  

  1. The Parent and Family Orientation fee is $40 per registered parent or family member. Do not pay for your student’s orientation fee here. Your student’s orientation fee will be charged to their student fees for their first term. 
  2. Space is very limited for each family orientation date; due to limited space availability we only allow three (3) parent or family members per student to attend Parent and Family Orientation.
  3. The earlier your student registers for their Orientation session, the sooner you can register for your Parent and Family Orientation. 
  4. The student and family orientation session will occur on the same day, but you will not be with your student during the day. There are two separate programs for the students and the family members. 

How to Register 

  1. Have the following information ready before registering.
    • Student's ID number
    • Student's coyote email address
    • Orientation date your student registered for
  2. Click here to register and pay for Parent and Family Orientation.  
  3. Once your payment is processed, please save a copy (printed or electronic) and bring it with you to check in. Parent and Family Orientation check-in location will be at the Santos Manuel Student Union South Event Center.  

Cancellation policy: A written cancellation and refund must be submitted via email to orientation@csusb.edu at least one week before your Parent and Family Orientation date.

  1. Refund requests should include the following information:
    • Participant’s First and Last Name 
    • Parent and Family Orientation date 
    • Reason for requesting a refund 
    • Name of payee being reimbursed 
    • Student’s First and Last Name 
    • Student’s Coyote ID Number
