Physics, B.A.

About Physics, B.A. at CSUSB

A Bachelor of Arts in Physics gives you a strong foundation in the principles of physics while allowing the flexibility to explore courses in other disciplines. While many physics graduates continue on to graduate study, teach in high schools, or work in industrial and government labs, your career possibilities are much broader.

With a background in physics, you could pursue fields such as atmospheric physics, geophysics, astrophysics, biophysics, computer science, radiation safety, oceanography, or medical instrumentation development.

The B.A. program is an excellent choice if you’re interested in teaching, planning to apply to medical or other pre-professional schools, or considering a career that bridges multiple areas of study.
