Helping Students Transfer to CSUSB
The Transfer Success Pathway (TSP) offers eligible community college students a guaranteed admission route to Cal State San Bernardino. It’s designed to give students who didn’t enroll at a California State University (CSU) after high school a clear, supported path forward.
Who Qualifies
This program is for students entering the California Community Colleges for the first time who have not earned any college credit after completing high school or a GED.

- The CSU Transfer Planner is an online tool designed to help California Community College students plan their transfer to a California State University (CSU) campus.
The Transfer Success Pathway agreement must be submitted between August 1 - November 30. (late submissions not accepted).
- Good academic standing at last institution attended
- 60 transferable units (30 units in general education)
- Completion of the Golden Four
- 1A - English Composition
- 1B - Critical Thinking and Composition
- 1C - Oral Communication
- Area 2 - Mathematical Concepts & Quantitative Reasoning
- Major prerequisites (if applicable)
- Major prerequisites GPA (if applicable)
Requirements must be met within three years to be guaranteed admission
