Principles of effective human resource management in health care settings. Topics include state and federal regulations for the workplace, recruitment, retention, training, compensation, and benefits.

Strategic Planning and Marketing in the Health Care System

This course includes the basic methodologies and approaches applied in strategic planning and healthcare marketing. It entails strategic management planning processes with regard to economic and political forces to shape the healthcare marketplace.
