Music Major – Primary Instrument Form

Music majors at CSUSB are required to complete applied lessons with their primary instrument.

Music Majors, please submit your primary instrument for your Music degree using the Music Major – Primary Instrument form.

Please complete the form even if you are undecided about your primary instrument. There is an “Unsure” option on the form. A Music faculty member will follow up with you, as necessary.

After Hours Pass Request

Please complete the After Hours Pass Request to submit your request to be in the PA/PAC buildings after hours for Music/Theatre Arts related coursework or projects.
