To arrange an event, the hosting department may submit a request through the ASC Request System. Once all required information is received, the ASC can assist with coordinating event-related services and support. If you don’t know how to answer certain questions, an ASC will be happy to provide guidance.
Requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow adequate time for review, coordination, and processing. A minimum of 3 weeks’ advanced notice is required.

To arrange guest parking, the hosting department must complete and submit the Invited Guest Permit Request Form at least 10 business days before the guest’s visit.
