On February 19th, Dean Tomás Gómez-Arias of the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration will join Dr. Francisca Beer, Professor of Finance and Director/Associate Dean of the JHBC Office of Academic Equity for a conversation on how the Federal Reserve actually works. Please join the CSUSB Jack H. Brown College Office of Academic Equity for the annual event, The Voice 2026 where everyone is welcome to join the conversation! This event will take place in person and online in a hybrid format! The Voice is a JHBC Office of Academic Equity initiative launched in 2018 to uplift underrepresented students—particularly Black men—by amplifying their perspectives and fostering honest dialogue about barriers to academic and career success.
