Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Services

As an EOP student, you will be provided with the following academic support services:

  • Academic Advisement - An EOP counselor will assist students in selecting classes.
    • Freshman- Your EOP counselor will advise you on course selection.
    • Transfer- You will be advised by the department of your major. Then, your EOP counselor will discuss your course selection.
  • Counseling - EOP has a professional staff that will provide you with Academic, Career, and Personal counseling.
    • Academic - EOP counselors can address issues such as explaining the student's credit summary known as PAWS, registration, and university policies and procedures.
    • Career - EOP counselors can aid students in exploring majors and careers.
    • Personal - EOP counselors can discuss with students any personal problems that might be affecting their academic performance.
  • Tutoring - Available to EOP students through Tutoring.
  • Financial Assistance - EOP has a limited number of grants available. Students may receive $750 for up to five years. All EOP grant money is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Graduate School Workshops -Workshops are held to help EOP students apply for Graduate school and financial assistance.
