Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment with my EOP counselor and how do I reach them?

EOP Counselors are available for in person and/or zoom appointments.  You can reach your EOP Counselor by calling our main line at 909-537-5042 or email the office at eop@csusb.edu. You may also email your assigned EOP counselor or any of our team members directly EOP Team Email Addresses. 

If you choose to request an appointment via email, please include your availability in general for the week so that we may offer you options based on that.

How can I find who my EOP counselor is?

Please call the EOP office at 909-537-5042, our administrative support coordinator can look it up for you and let you know.

Do I need to re-apply to EOP every year?

No, you do not need to apply to the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) every year. Once you are accepted into EOP and enroll, you remain in EOP status throughout your entire undergraduate education, as long as you continue to meet the program's agreement requirements and academic standards.
