Due to the significant number of applications processed, please apply early because the number of EOP placements is limited. In order to be considered, all EOP forms must be received by the deadlines stated below.

How are EOP Students Selected?
All EOP applicants are reviewed by a committee of EOP staff. The committee members review each file individually. Decisions are based on academic performance, personal information provided on the EOP application and EOP Recommendation Forms. It is important that you provide the kind of information that helps the committee understand why you need the services provided by EOP.
EOP Applications received by the Priority Consideration Date of December 15, 2025 will be given admission consideration priority.
Applications received after this date will be considered on space availability.
Decisions on EOP admission start March 2026 and continue throughout the summer.
Spring Semester EOP Applicants
EOP at CSUSB will not be accepting Spring 2027 EOP Applications
Which CSU campuses are accepting EOP Applications by term? Be sure to confirm EOP requirements directly with each campus.
Given that EOP Is an admissions and retention program, students may apply to EOP at the time they submit their initial admissions application for their first semester and are not eligible to apply to EOP during future semesters if they start classes.
CSUSB/EOP returning students need to contact our office directly for any term (fall or spring) that they plan to reapply to CSUSB for support for readmission to university.
