Virtual Volunteer Fair

The Office of Community Engagement is your one-stop-shop on leaving your paw prints in the community!

Do you like giving back to the local community?
Do you want to gain and/or enhance skills to prepare you for your future career?
Are you looking to gain experiences or meet people within your field of study?
We have something for everyone!

The pandemic changed our way of life, but it also sparked and ignited volunteerism. We look forward to seeing how our Yotes will continue to leave their paw prints!

Big Brothers Big Sisters Inland Empire

Big Brothers Big Sisters is so excited to offer CSUSB students a volunteer mentorship opportunity, called College Bigs! In this program, CSUSB students will serve as one-on-one mentors to local high school students, many of which would be the first in their family to attend college. The commitment is one virtual group meeting per month and then reaching out and building a relationship with their Little personally outside of that time. A BBBS Staff member will be there to support you, your Little, and your relationship during the entire experience. This is a great opportunity to grow in leadership, complete community service, and give back to the next generation! PGK: Project Giving Kids

We envision a more compassionate world, and believe that encouraging and making it easier for kids, teens, and families to engage in volunteer service builds empathy, compassion, communication, and teamwork. These skills are not necessarily taught in every school, but are crucial for life-long success and essential for tomorrow’s leaders.
