CSUSB's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) welcomes all enrolled veterans and military service members to our campus community. We encourage you to make a counseling appointment if you are experiencing difficulty in any area of life and would like the assistance of our professional psychologists and counselors. Any problem or issue that is affecting your personal, social or academic well-being is important, and we are ready to assist you. If you are experiencing relationship concerns, you and your significant other can attend counseling as a couple. Our center is funded by student health fees which means that there are no additional costs to you as a student to utilize CAPS. Our services are confidential, and if an individual's needs are beyond the scope of our services, referrals and coordination of treatment with off-campus resources will be provided. Veterans Round Table
The Veterans Round Table provides a space for current and former service members from all branches (including current Reserves and National Guard and those who have deployed and those who have not) to come together to support each other as they make the transition from military life to civilian student life. Often times, veterans can feel out of place in this process and may find it difficult to relate to their fellow students who have not served. The Veterans Round Table provides an outlet for veterans to serve other veterans in making this difficult transition.
