I understand that I must have a minimum of two or more people in my vehicle when arriving and parking in a carpool space. If violated, my permit will be revoked and a carpool permit will not be issued for the next semester. I understand that a CSUSB carpool permit is only valid when displayed along with a CSUSB parking permit.
