Sponsored Advisory Permit Request

This form must be completed in its entirety and returned to Parking Services at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event. Permits are nonrefundable once the permits are created for your event.  There is no refund for unused permits.

Additonal Documentation: Please download and fill out the Control Log with all the necessary information and email it to parking@csusb.edu after submission of this form.

Sponsored Advisory Permits are not to be used by CSU faculty, staff or students who must pay for their own parking permits. Please note Volunteers and Research Assistants do not qualify for the Sponsored Advisory Permit.

  • Campus advisory groups officially sanctioned by the university,
  •  Major donors and benefactors of the university sanctioned by the Division of University Relations
