The health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff is the top priority for Cal State San Bernardino, therefore, Parking & Transportation Services will be temporarily closed to in-person services due the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. Please know that our staff are working off-site and are ready to serve your needs during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Parking permits will not be required during daytime hours, seven days a week. Parking permits continue to be required for any vehicle parked on campus overnight and enforcement will be conducted between the hours of 10pm – 6am, seven days a week. Parking enforcement will continue at all times for disabled parking, service vehicle/other specially marked spaces, and fire zones.
Visitor Parking Information
Parking permits are required at all times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking permits are required in all spaces on campus including general, carpool, faculty/staff, service, disabled and residential spaces. Please note there is NO GRACE PERIOD. Visitors may purchase daily parking permits to park on campus. Daily Permits can be purchased at either of our Information Centers on University Parkway or Coyote Drive or at any of the 16 parking permit dispensers located throughout the campus. The Information Center locations can be found on a campus map, denoted by the IC symbol. Parking permit dispensers locations can be found on the campus map, denoted by the P symbol. Please see the campus map here, Campus Map. The daily parking permits rate is $6.00 (Monday thru Friday at 5:00 pm). The weekend daily parking permit rate is $3.00 (valid beginning on Friday at 5:01 pm thru Sunday), EXCLUDING parking lots reserved for "Special Events".The one-hour parking permit rate is $5.00 and the two-hour parking permit is $10.00 via the ParkMobile App in Lots C Row 14 and G Row 4, Lot N Row 9.
The Information Centers are open Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm, and closed on Saturday and Sunday during the Academic School Year (mid-September to mid-June). The Information Center Summer Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Parking permit dispensers are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Vehicles parked in Accessible spaces must display both a valid CSUSB permit and a valid DMV-issued placard or license plate. Visitors (non-CSU affiliates) with disabled parking placards campus are eligible to receive a courtesy day permit from the Information Centers located at the entrance of campus. Visitors must verify their visitor status and legal placard use by providing a copy of their Disabled Placard Registration and Government Issued ID.
