The pickup location for Spring and Summer Resident Parking Permits is the Information Center on Coyote Drive. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm.
Impounded vehicles include immobilization (boot) and/or removal (tow) of the vehicle. CSUSB may impound a vehicle in accordance with California Vehicle Code 22651.
Common reasons for impounds may include (but are not limited to):
- 5 or more unpaid parking citations
- Vehicles that cannot be identified (no license plate and unreadable/covered vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Expired registration in excess of six months
- Displaying an altered, forged, counterfeit, incorrect, or falsified registration card, identification card, temporary receipt, license plate, special plate or registration sticker
