Outreach Services

The Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration (JHBC) is deeply committed to community outreach and economic empowerment throughout the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley regions. Through strong partnerships and hands-on support, the organization actively connects entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community members with valuable resources designed to foster growth, sustainability, and financial success. Community members are encouraged to take advantage of the many no-cost and low-cost services available through the Entrepreneurial Resource Centers in Temecula, San Bernardino, and Palm Desert; the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center and the Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center; International Business Development Services; the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC); and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. These programs provide guidance in business development, financial literacy, tax preparation, international trade, and entrepreneurial training to help individuals and businesses thrive.
