California State University International Program
The California State University has an excellent International Program (IP) with study abroad opportunities for students at over 25 locations throughout the world. CSUSB course credits are available. CSUSB Financial Aid does apply.

Cost
For current price of program, visit the university Lyon site. Price includes:
- 35h of French Course, 35h of French Culture (each courses 5 credits)
- Different excursions as a two-day trip to the Mediterranean
- Accommodation in a studio with their own bathroom and kitchen
- Breakfast, lunches
- Transport in the city
Required Level of French Proficiency
The minimum level in French is A2 (CEFR) or in ACTFL Standards: Intermediate Mid in Reading/Listening and Intermediate Low in Writing/Speaking. [CEFR-ACTFL Scales Comparison]
If you complete a French Placement Exam at CSUSB, the results include your approximate level in ACTFL standards.
