- Obtain the Open University registration form:
- Download the Open University Registration Form.
- Or, pick up an Open University registration form in person at the College of Extended and Global Education, Center for Global Innovation, Room 301B.
- Attend the first class meeting to obtain the instructor's signature for each class in which you wish to enroll.
- Department chair signature is only required if: 1) the class is full, 2) the student does not meet the prerequisite requirements or 3) the student is attempting to add during the third week of the term. After the 3rd week, a petition to add after census form is required. All graduate-level courses require the Graduate Dean’s signature.
- Return your signed registration form to the College of Extended and Global Education along with your method of payment: cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Registrations received via fax or email will not be processed until payment is received. To make a payment call (909) 537-5975.

- Once your registration is processed, an email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.
