Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Open University Fall

Registration for Fall classes begins August 26, 2024.

 

 

Registration Information

Instructor approval is required for all classes. In case the class is full and/or you have not met prerequisites, you will be required to obtain the department chair signature. 

Important Fall Session Dates

Saturday, Aug. 24 First day of term.
Monday,
Aug. 26		 First day payment and registration form will be accepted.
Monday,
Sep. 09

Final day to pay and register without a late fee of $25 per class. After this date, registration Forms will require both the instructor and the department chair’s signature.
Monday,
Sep. 23		 Census - Final day to register and pay. Students must petition to add after census after this date.
Withdrawal and Refund Dates

 Last day for students to drop before census without record and receive a 65% refund.  At no time are 100% refunds issued.
Tuesay, Sep. 24 Refunds for dropped classes are no longer issued. Withdrawals after this date will be permissible only for serious and compelling reasons, and students will receive a “Withdrawal” on their records.
