The Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses comprises a group of like-minded organizations who are committed to "Advancing Small Business Communities." HCSB champions and empowers coalitions among Hispanic. HCSB champions and empowers coalitions among small businesses, government, and local communities in the Greater Inland Empire region, and beyond, by providing resources and opportunities to ensure their success. HCSB represents more than 4,000 small business owners in the Southern California region through its network of Affiliate Member organizations. When a small business succeeds, so do their families, their employees, and the communities in which they live and work!

Arts & Entertainment Committee - Mission:
- To bridge the gap of understanding of entertainment professionals as small business/entrepreneurs;
- To secure sustainable avenues of resources, access to capital, and government contracts that will expand the understanding of bridging the power of the arts;
- To promote and elevate the image of the U.S. Latino through various educational and artistic endeavors
