Career Fairs Employer Information

The CSUSB Career Center offers a variety of career and internship fairs throughout the year. Each fair provides organizations an opportunity to meet hundreds of eager CSUSB students and alumni, from all majors, who are motivated and ready to join your professional organizations.  Career Fairs also provide additional opportunities to enhance your brand presence on campus and self-promote additional events such as interviews, information sessions or open houses.

Registration includes: 

  • Up to two representatives
  • One table and two chairs 
  • Parking for up to two vehicles
  • Refreshments and a boxed lunch 
  • Opportunity to interact with and recruit a talented pool of CSUSB students 

Who will be attending?

Registration Policy

1. We require payment for this fair in full one week prior to the event. The quickest way to ensure approval is to use a credit card. If payment is not received, the Career Center reserves the right to not approve and/or cancel your registration, as well as put your company/agency’s Handshake account as declined for participation in prospective recruitment events.

2. Payment is handled via Handshake and may be done manually or with a credit card. 

  • Credit Card: Credit card payments are processed through CASHNet. You will be able to pay the registration fee by opening your Handshake invoice and clicking on the blue hyperlink "PAY HERE".
  • Manual: Invoices for manual payments will be generated by the CSUSB Accounting Department and it may take up to 14 days for your agency/company to receive the invoice. Please ensure the billing contact information provided is correct, as incorrect information may put a hold on your event registration and/or future registration for prospective recruitment events.
    • Send check by mail to: CSU San Bernardino Student Financial Services - UH 035, 5500 University Parkway, San Bernardino, CA 92407 
    • Please note the name of the event on the check. Please make a check payable to: CSU, San Bernardino - Student Financial Services. Make sure that the employer's name (not the contact's name) appears on the check. 

3. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
