Course Roadmap

Program Schedule
This cohort-based program admits new students every Fall semester.

  • Fall & Spring Semesters: Courses are offered in 7-week and 15-week sessions.

Students progress through the program in three structured semesters:

  1. Semester 1 – Introduction: Build foundational knowledge and skills
  2. Semester 2 – Development: Deepen understanding through applied learning
  3. Semester 3 – Mastery: Refine expertise and complete advanced coursework

Cohort Course Schedule 

The Program offers Fall and Spring start terms. Students stay with their cohort and progress through the program together, advancing at the same pace. For a Fall start, the course cycle looks like this:

First Semester

BDA 6010: Business Systems and Processes - session 1 (7 weeks)

BDA 6020: Introduction to Data Analysis for Business - session 2 (7 weeks)

BDA 6030: Scripting for Business and Data Analytics - full semester (15 weeks)

Second Semester

BDA 6120: Business and Data Analytics I - session 1 (7 weeks)

BDA 6110: Data Visualization - session 1 (7 weeks)

BDA 6140: Business and Data Analytics II - session 2 (7 weeks)

BDA 6130: Database for Business Applications - session 2 (7 weeks)

Third Semester

BDA 6210: Business and Data Analytics III - session 1 (5 weeks)

BDA 6220: Contemporary Issues in Business and Data Analytics - session 2 (5 weeks)

BDA 6830: Capstone - full semester -  (10 weeks)
