Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

MBA Scholarship Opportunities

In addition to financial aid and scholarships offered by the university, there are also several scholarships and opportunities specifically available to graduate students attending the College of Business & Public Administration MBA Program. A list of grants and scholarships for graduate students is available on the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships website https://www.csusb.edu/financial-aid/current-students/grants/graduate-students.

University Forms

Below are University forms, with a short description after;

All graduate students will be required to have a signed Program Plan on file to be graduated by the University. An updated Program Plan is sent to you by your advisor each semester.

All graduate students are required to attend fall and spring semester, summer is optional. If you plan to take a leave please complete this form and submit it for approval. This process can take 2-3 weeks for processing.

Graduate students who fail to drop or add a course before the census date will need to complete a petition to add or drop a course. Students will need to obtain official documentation and all signatures. This process can take 2-3 weeks for processing.

Graduate students seeking to drop a course after the 12th week of the term. 

Graduate students who repeat a course to discount a low grade are to complete the above listed form once the course has been repeated and the grade has been reported. This process can take 2-3 weeks for processing.

MBA Program Forms

The MBA Office has forms that are for internal use only. Below is a list with a short description after;

MBA Students who are declaring, changing their concentration/focus area or adding a concentration/focus are to complete the above listed form. This form needs the Graduate Coordinator's approval/signature before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office for processing. Please note there is a fee attached to this process which takes 2-3 weeks for processing.

The Request for Change in Program Plan & Course Substitution form is used for:

Graduate students who wish to complete a course not listed under their concentration list must first obtain advising from the MBA Graduate Coordinator, final decisions on course work to be substituted will be made by the Department Chair of the concentration and the MBA Director.

Graduate students who need to update their approved program plan must first obtain advising from the MBA Graduate Coordinator. If the update is approved the above mentioned form will be completed and the update will be made. If this requires a course substitution, the Department Chair will be contacted.

This form can take 2-3 weeks for processing and once a final decision has been made the student will obtain a copy via email.
