Guests

Accessible / Disabled seating is available on the first and third level of the arena for most events.
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible needs and one of their companions. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

We are committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs.

Escorts are available at any entry point or guests may make advance escort arrangements by contacting the Guest Services Department at 909.244.5520.  Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.  Wheelchairs may not leave the building.

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our Guest Service Center. Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed to be stored at the seating section. A designated member of your party will be in charge of checking the wheelchair in and out.

Service animals are welcome in the arena as long as they remain harnessed at all times and rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability. All service animals must stay in ticketed areas and may not block any aisle, hallway, etc.

All restroom facilities at the arena are accessible. In addition, we have family/unisex restrooms which are convenient for disabled guests with opposite gender aides/companions.

Each row of accessible seating has at least one electrical outlet box and is available for any guest wanting to recharge wheelchairs or any other medical equipment.

Arena personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency.  Please pay careful attention to the instructional video as well as personnel instructions during an evacuation.

The Arena is equipped with three elevators that access all public areas of the arena.  Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact Guest Services at 909.244.5520 in advance or see any Guest Serivce staff member during the event.

Disabled Parking

Designated parking is available in all of our parking lots. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.

All entrances at the arena are equipped with a ramp, as well as stairs, for guest convenience.
