Building Policies
Restrooms are located immediately inside the main arena.
No water bottles, beverages or food except for medical reasons are allowed in the arena.
Strollers are not permitted inside the Arena.
Blowhorns and other noisemakers are not allowed inside arena as a courtesy to other guests.
Clear Bag Policy
For faster entry, guests are strongly encouraged to bring a clear bag to abide by safety and security guidelines.
Clear bags are permitted and will be inspected.
Any bag or purse that is not clear must be no larger than 4 in. × 5 in. This includes wallets, clutches, and small single-pocket purses.
Non-clear bags larger than 4 in. × 5 in. will not be permitted inside the arena.
Exceptions are provided for medically necessary items and diaper bags. These bags may be up to 16 in. × 16 in. × 8 in. and are subject to additional security screening.
Guests bringing any bag should arrive early to allow additional time for inspection.
Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility. The following items are not permitted:
Aerosol Cans
Animals/Pets (except service animals)
Audio/Video Recording Equipment
Bags/Purses: Please see the Clear Bag Policy above. Diaper bags are permitted into the arena but must be under 16" x 16" x 8". All bags are subject to inspection.
Balloons, Beach Balls or Related Items
Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers
Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
Coolers or Ice Chests
Illegal Drugs
Large Bags and Purses
Laser Pens and Pointers
Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
Outside Food, Beverage, Bottled Water, etc.
Professional Photography Equipment (tripods, monopods, etc.)
Poles/Sticks to Display Flags, Banners, etc.
Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc.
Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
Weapons of any kind (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.)
Any Other Item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion

Alcohol Beverage Policy
No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought in the venue.
Seating, Ticketing, Will Call
All seating is general admission. There are no assigned guest seats.
Guests must have a ticket to be admitted. There is no Re-Entry into the arena.
There will NOT be a WILL-CALL at the ticket window at the arena.
Children ages 2 and above will require a ticket for entry.
