Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Commencement Registration

Spring 2024 Commencement Registration

Registration opens March 4, 2024 at 12:00pm 

Registration closes April 22, 2024 at 5:00pm 

 

To register for your ceremony, follow the steps below:

1.  Log in to myCoyote

2.  Select "Graduation One Stop"

3.  Follow the Steps under "Participate In Your Commencement Ceremony"

Step 1: Verify Diploma Name and Address.

Step 2: Register for Commencement

 

Important:

  • All graduates must complete the form on myCoyote AND the Marching Order Graduate form to successfully register for their specific ceremony.
  • Verify Diploma name before registering for commencement.
  • All graduates must complete the form on myCoyote and the Marching Order Graduate form to successfully register for their ceremony.

 

Undergraduate Students

If you have not received any emails from the Commencement Office regarding registration and you think you are eligible to participate in commencement, please contact the Office of the Registrar, Graduation Support unit at (909) 537-5219.

Graduate Students

Candidates for degrees to be awarded must request a Graduation Requirements Check (Grad Check) through the Office of the Registrar. Once you file your Graduation Requirements Check you are eligible to register for Commencement. Please work with your program coordinator on when to submit your Grad Check and when to register for Commencement.
