From The Executive Director
At CSUSB, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members of our community. The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (IEC) works to prevent and address discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and related concerns in alignment with the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy.
Our office provides education, training, reporting options, and supportive resources to students, staff, and faculty. We are here to help you understand your rights, recognize and prevent discriminatory misconduct, sexual misconduct and access assistance if you or someone you know experiences harm.
Together, we can build a campus culture grounded in equity, respect, and care for one another.
