The curriculum is planned and offered in a cohort schedule. With rare exceptions, students work straight through the courses over four terms (Fall-Fall). The elective courses are built into the schedule.
The University limits transfer units to a maximum of 9. Contact the Student Advisor to get more information about the information you need to provide to request transfer credit.
Our Accounting Certificate Program provides a pathway for all the prerequisites for the MSA program. The Certificate is a 6-month program that is offered twice a year – starting January or August. Those students who complete the Certificate ( that is, the prerequisites) by the application deadline each Fall, may be considered for admission.
Bonus: If you take the prerequisites through the Accounting Certificate Program and earn at least a 3.2 GPS, your business aptitude requirement for admission to the MSA is waived!
