Drop/Transfer/Hold/Extension Request Policy
Drop/Transfer
Please remember that these courses are entirely online, self-paced, and available to you 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Therefore, ensure you review the course requirements, outline, and prerequisites, and ensure that this is the class(es) you want to enroll in. Cancellation / Refund Policy Students who request a refund within 72 hours (until midnight of the third day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) from their program start date will be eligible for a refund up to their full tuition amount. If the student has accessed any portion of the program or been sent materials that are not returned in new/unopened condition, the cost of these items may be deducted from the refund amount. Items that may not be returned, such as electronic textbooks or software licensed to the student, will also be deducted from the refund amount. Payment Plan or Loan students may not be refunded for any fees associated with establishing their financing plan. Students requesting a refund after this 72-hour period will not be eligible for any full or partial refund. After this refund period, students may cancel their program without a refund or contact our customer service staff for assistance in transferring or extending their program (fees and conditions may apply). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to workforce@csusb.edu; a $50 administration fee applies. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment, including 3rd parties such as state or federal parties, and may not be returned directly to the student.
Hold
If you have extenuating circumstances while in your course, you can request a one-time hold for up to 6 months, and can be lifted at any time. Once a course is held, access is removed and will be granted once the hold is removed. Once the hold is removed, the student will resume with the same duration to complete the program as when the hold was requested. Please submit the request in writing to workforce@csusb.edu
Extensions:
Students may request extensions if they need additional time to complete. Up to 50% of the original duration is available for extension. Extensions may be requested no earlier than two (2) weeks prior to the program end date. Although you will have a student advisor and a facilitator/instructor you can reach out to, these courses also have hard deadlines that you must complete the course by. Any requests for extensions can be submitted through the World Education Student Portal If you need additional assistance submitting an extension request please email workforce@csusb.edu

Enrollment Verification
The program(s) offered in Partnership with World Education LLC are non-matriculated courses that are not eligible for academic or continuing education credit. Upon completing the program, you will be provided a certificate of completion from CSU San Bernardino, College of Extended and Global Education. In the event you need verification of enrollment or participation, please complete the FERPA release below with the applicable details.
