CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation (Nondiscrimination Policy), Revised 12/24/2021, was established to provide employees who are not eligible to file a discrimination, harassment or retaliation complaint or grievance under a collective bargaining agreement, the opportunity to file formal complaints alleging violations of CSU Systemwide Nondiscrimination Policy against discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Nondiscrimination Policy is also available to employees in bargaining units who collective bargaining agreements have incorporated the CSU systemwide complaint procedure for such purposes.
